Human persons are natural persons and corporations are artificial persons which have no rights under the Seventeenth Amendment to the US Constitution.In no way was the seventeenth amendment meant to apply to corporations. Santa Clara made no determination of corporate personhood. It is a scam perpetrated by corporate attorneys to avoid regulation, taxation, and fee assessment. It has caused havoc worldwide and must be stopped.
